Tomorrow morning I'm boarding a plane to España! By Thursday morning I'll be safe and sound in Barcelona, and as my friend Madeline wisely predicts, knee-deep in Español. I am so excited to explore Spain and settle into life in Barcelona for the next semester. I can't believe that I won't return to America until July 4th (a little patriotic, right?), and I know I will miss friends, family, and of course Cheeseboard pizza during my time in Spain. I hope that this blog will help me record my experiences and adventures, and share them with friends and family along the way!
Goodbye, San Clemente... see you in July!
