Las Fallas de Valencia

This past weekend was the Las Fallas in Valencia, Spain! The whole city celebrates for over a week with traditional music and dances, fireworks, and even the burning over large wooden structures built by each neighborhood.  Here are some of my pictures!

Lisboa, Portugal

Last weekend (after celebrating my 21st birthday in Barcelona!) I headed to Lisboa, Portugal, for the weekend.  Madeline and I flew with Stacy, a good friend of mine from AXO/Berkeley who currently lives and works in Germany, after she'd spent the week with me in Barcelona.  Katie met us there later that night and we had an awesome weekend exploring Lisboa!
In Lisbon we saw the city's ancient castle, monastery, cathedrals, mosaic sidewalks, markets, neighborhoods, and even the Atlantic Ocean! The city was beautiful, a such a change of pace from Barcelona.  Here are some of my pictures from the weekend.
